Production & Shipping Policy

All our garments are custom-made to each client's specific requirements. Every order goes through sampling and production stages that take time to complete to our quality standards.

Because we manufacture in-house and handle multiple restaurant and corporate orders at the same time, factory capacity is shared across all ongoing production. A smaller order does not necessarily mean a shorter timeline — production schedules depend on current factory load and the complexity of each order. Placing an order for a single garment does not guarantee faster delivery, as our facilities may be occupied with other production.

To ensure your order is delivered on time, please plan ahead and place your order within the following lead times:

  • New orders: please place your order at least 40 days in advance of your required delivery date.
  • Repeat orders: please place your order at least 20 days in advance of your required delivery date.

Lead times begin only after order confirmation, approval of samples (where applicable), and receipt of any required advance payment. Rush requests are subject to factory availability and may incur additional charges.
